Payment

I accept all major credit cards and Paypal for full payment at time of purchase in USD currency. I do not accept e-checks through Paypal.  We ship to CONFIRMED addresses only on all Paypal orders. Orders go directly to shipping department and can not be cancelled once placed.

Shipping

USA Shipping: We ship fast so orders can not be cancelled once placed. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) of confirmed payment via USPS First Class, or Priority Mail. Each handmade jewelry piece comes in it's own gift box tied with a ribbon for easy gift giving. Orders $250 and over will require signature at time of delivery.  

Express Shipping is offered through UPS to select locations. Contact us before ordering if you would like a UPS Express quote. 

Most U.S. orders can be expected within 5-8 business days. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer.  Dreaming Eagle Designs is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including, labor strikes, transportation company delays and acts of nature. We can not guarantee any dates of delivery,

Gift Wrapping: is available upon request. All handmade jewelry items always come in their own cotton filled box and tied with a ribbon. If you would like additional gift wrapping to this please contact me for options prior to purchase.

 

International Shipping: I offer shipping to select countries via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. The average days listed at checkout are based off of USPS website information. Shipping may take longer than estimated, even a couple months if it gets held up in customs.


We are not currently shipping to EU countries.

International orders can not exceed $399 for USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International per order.  This is the maximum amount I can ship per package. If you want to order more it just needs to be done in separate orders with separate shipping. This is a USPS policy. 

VAT/Import taxes are not included in item prices. We are not VAT registered and do not collect taxes on your behalf. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer to be paid in their country at time of delivery.  Some carriers charge additional brokerage fees on top of the VAT and import taxes.

Any item that is returned to sender because buyer failed to pick it up, sign for it, or pay the VAT/Import fees will be charged 10% restocking fee on order amount plus all costs and shipping fees associated with sending the order. Order only refunded original item cost MINUS the original shipping and fees and 10% restocking fee after I received the item back. For International shipments this can take a few months or longer. If you want the item resent to you, additional shipping charges for the new shipment will apply. 

 

Missing Mail:  in the rare case of a package that is believed to be lost, please allow at least 7 business days for your package to arrive after last scan, especially during the holidays or other peak times, when postal service delays are the norm. Delays can occur do to weather, improper routing, larger volumes of packages, etc.

per USPS rules, we can not file a missing mail form until the 8th business day after the last scan of the package. Once this form is filed they will begin trying to locate the package. Usually this is enough to locate the package and get it directed correctly to you.There is nothing we can do to help before the 7 business days are up.

After we file the missing mail form and if the package still is not found, we can proceed to filing an insurance claim.

USPS Insurance claims for loss must wait 21 calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (International shipments) before filing claim with with our shipping insurance company.

Any insurance claims are not paid to customer until we receive the approved insurance claim from the insurance company.  Signed documentation will be required from customer in order to file insurance claims.

 

Returns

Returns or exchanges are not accepted.  Damaged items need to be reported to us within 3 days and Insurance claim will be filed.  All returns must be authorized and no returns will be accepted after this time. Returns can only be made on eligible items that are still in new, clean condition and have not been worn.

Sale is final on all Clearance/Sale Items, Earrings, Loose Gemstones and display specimen, and Candles and these are not eligible for return.

Authorized Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 7 days of receipt of the item as stated on tracking. Please contact me before mailing the return for a return authorization number. Return must include all original packing material, be packed in the plastic bag and be packed securely. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance is required on returns. Original shipping is not refundable.  We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


If an item arrived damaged by the USPS please contact us within 3 days so we can resolve the issue. Pictures of the damaged item and and signed claims paperwork  is required and all packaging needs to be saved in case the USPS needs it for claims.

 

 

Dreaming Eagle Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked "Delivered" on tracking. We can assist you in filing a theft report/postal investigation report with your post office or authorities in your area. Most often, the item is still in transit to you and was just mis-scanned. Dreaming Eagle Designs is not responsible for loss or damage to items once item is in customer's possession. 

 

Custom Orders, Payment Plans and Special Requests

Do you accept Custom Orders?
All items on this website are sold as is and can not be customized or changed. I am not currently accepting custom orders or requests. 

I am not currently accepting requests to wrap stones you already have.

Do you offer Layaway or Payment Plans?

No. All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase. We can not offer interest free lines of credit or perform credit checks or offer financial services.

Will you hold or reserve an item?

No. In order to be fair to all buyers, all orders must be paid in full at time of purchase.

Coupons, promotions, and special offers are subject to change or end without notice. Coupon Codes and Sales Terms: Offers may be offered on few occasions. Most offers are sent to email subscribers only. Offers can not be used on past orders. Coupons must be used within promotion dates to be valid.  Offers can not be combined. Only one coupon allowed per order. Coupon code must be entered at time of checkout to be valid.  Some exclusions may apply. Coupons, sales and special offers are subject to change without notice.
